Hi Alberto,

I read a certain book on the history of the Domain Name Industry by
PIR, it seems the issue of dealing with surpluses is as old as the
industry itself. Looking at the amount of money spent on the
transition, it equally makes sense to invest good money in awareness
creation and capacity building which in effect will expand the global
domain name footprint. Currently the global North and Europe accounts
for more than 50 % of domain name registrations, surely this is not
one world one internet, we can do better as stakeholders.

My humble opinion though

Regards
