[ALAC] ATLAS II Recommendation 6

Hi Olivier

I think I am in favour of Option A.  The standard practice for all GNSO meetings is a call for anyone who should update their SOIs.  The implication is that WG members have SOIs.  Similarly, therefore, ALAC members and liaisons should have an SOI, so that all that is needed at a meeting, but especially if the meeting includes votes, is a call for people to update their SOIs.
