[ALAC] Fwd: [council] FW: [Correspondence from Steve Crocker] PICs and Category 1, Safeguard 1-8 TLDs

On the last ALT call, Maureen volunteered to put 
together a document which we (the ALAC) can use 
to put our WG/SC/TFs in order. I am not going to 
predict the detailed outcome, but it is essential 
that we get this done quickly and I expect that to happen.

For this particular task, I think it is most 
important to identify the PEOPLE who will work 
with Kaili and Carleton for the CCT-RT and who 
will be personally participating in the PDP. You 
and I clearly cannot avoid being in both 
categories, but we should have others. Perhaps 
Evan has the time, but I suspect not.

Clearly if someone volunteers to work on this, 
the two of us will be glad to help them get up to 
speed. And I think the two of us (and Evan) 
should try to identify good candidates and try to get them involved.
