Dear Jean-Jacques,

that's correct. Now the GAC Chair has changed, as Alan mentions, a
private chat between him and the GAC Chair would probably be a good
first step.
It is worth noting that the GAC calls this a "reverse liaison". The GAC
is currently in its 2nd year of pilot trial of a reverse liaison from
the GNSO, a position held by Mason Cole.
