[ALAC] Reminder - ALAC Monthly Call

Hello Staff,

While i have noted the time for the next call, I like to state that I am
not sure i understand how the timings are figured out. Looking at the
doodle result at the following url, i have the following observation:

1. 19:00 to 21:00 UTC had the highest votes but was not included
2. There are other timing that has more votes than the ones selected

A clarification would be appreciated as it does seem the doodle result was
not quite in sync with the final outcome.
