[ALAC] Fwd: ISOC - CL : IGFSA: Opportunity for funding of national and regional IGFs

Hi,

While ISOC is one of the funders of the IGFSA, and provides the
secretariat pro bono for the IGFSA, it is not the same as the IGFSA.

The amount that the  Executive Committee of the  IGFSA is giving is
based on the amount  of money the IGFSA has to give and the rules that
have been established about how to allocate money among the various IGF
needs, e.g. IGF secretariat support, by the IGFSA membership.
