[ALAC] CALL FOR NOMINATIONS: 2016 ALAC Leadership Teams

Rightly pointed out and my bad with this small screen. I was viewing the
message on the run. Didn't mean to comment on the ALT. I was referring to
future ALAC selections so my message should be ignored as a confusion.

I support your nominations as an observer.
