Hi Leon,

The problem is not anything you are doing.  Some of the mailing lists are set up so that they do not permit attachments through.  They strip off any attached documents.  I have the same problem when trying to distribute SSAC Reports.  Olivier tried to get this fixed but looks like the problem persists.  Perhaps staff might need to have another chat with the IT folks?
