[ALAC] CONSENSUS CALL: Reconstitution of the ALAC Subcommittee on Outreach

I can talk about LACRALO,  where outreach program is already in our LAC
Strategy, in many aspects, touching not only promotion of ICANN Activity
but knowledge related to governance, policy and technical aspects
depending on the audience.   Besides, had always been an internal work for
all members . I believe similar approach we will find in all other RALOS.
