[ALAC] [ALAC-Announce] ICANN 53 Meeting Reports

Hello All, 

Based on our past experience, volunteers decide on the format of meeting
reports and usually build a table for uploading content themselves. Here are
some examples of the meeting report pages of past ICANN meetings.

In fact, Glenn just started building the table and uploaded some of his
content for ICANN 53: https://community.icann.org/x/gAsnAw

That being said, if the community would like staff to build a table for
volunteers to fill out content, we can do that for future meeting report
pages.
