Thank you Rinalia.  My thanks to the ALAC for supporting my candidacy.
Based on the list reported, I also see some good candidates for fruitful
collaboration.

CCT has always attracted the ALAC's attention and together, we worked on
several fronts to advance the cause. Some At-Large members, Garth,
Christopher and Evan more acutely, have always kept their eyes on this
issue and have carried me along in many ways. I intend to draw on all of
you so we maximize the possibility that sensible positions will be asserted
in the recommendations.
