[ALAC] URGENT: Draft Comment on CCWG Proposal - Last call for changes

Indeed, downloading and opening it in the desktop reader in Adobe
Reader, does show a scroll bar to expand the comment field, in gmail's
PDF preview, its cut off.
So the solution is to download the PDF and use a PDF viewer like Adobe
Reader to view the document fully
