[ALAC] Fwd: ICANN and Consumer Trust

As a matter of protocol, JJS is correct.  But since the ALAC can dip its
mouth into anything ICANN and in this case implementation of policy - aka
operational - matters are in play, I can see why in this case one could
reasonably address the CEO.
