[ALAC] IMPORTANT: Call for Nominations for ALAC Chair

I’m in the same case. I did second Alan’s nomination but wasn’t aware that its needed to second the Olivier’s nomination as Vice-Chair as well so in order to avoid confusion I hereby second BOTH nominations and express my full support to the nominees.
