[ALAC] Board Decisions

Rinalia, can you please provide a copy of the Final Report of 
BWG-NomCom. I can't see why we should have to wait for the PC start.

I note that there is a typo in the related motion - presumably a 
missing word such as "discussion" after the word Board.
