[ALAC] new gTLD objections

Cheryl,

You read me correctly.  My RALO vote on the fifth case of Stable Tone
Limited was: NO, do not support the filing of objection, but with caveat as
indicated. Holly (to her credit) waited for RALO input till the last
possible moment on this issue, which was deep into the night her time, and
I can imagine that she was very tired when she submitted the APRALO vote.

Holly, I believe the majority of vote feedback at the RALO level on Stable
Tone Limited was "No, do not support filing of objection."
