[ALAC] Rinalia's message to the ATRT

Thank you, Evan and Carlton for your kind words.  And thank you also for
writing directly to <input-to-atrt2 at icann.org> so quickly to express your
support for the input.  My intention and hope in submitting that input was
to trigger something constructive out of the ATRT2 deliberations for the
ALAC, particularly in terms of generating more support and resources to
make the ALAC more effective as THE vanguard of end user interest in ICANN.
