[ALAC] Rinalia's message to the ATRT

Dear Evan,

thanks for your full support. I think that at this stage (and both Alan
and Avri are welcome to contradict me if they feel I am wrong) the input
from Rinalia holds as much weight with or without a formal Statement.
All input is considered evenly by the ATRT2 and many of the concerns
which Rinalia has expressed have been also expressed by other people.
I fully expect the ATRT2 to take Rinalia's input very seriously indeed,
just like all input the ATRT2 has received is considered very seriously.
