[ALAC] Fwd: Draft Motion and Updated Final Issue Report on the Protection of the Names of International Organizations in New GTLDs

I can speak. No guarantee anyone takes my sage advice to heart. 
Occasionally they do.

If it is something that is deemed to be of importance, then we should 
be doing prior one-on-one talking to get support and gauge what other 
opinions are.

Draft motion just came out and I have no sense of others' thoughts on it.
