[ALAC] Fwd: Draft Motion and Updated Final Issue Report on the Protection of the Names of International Organizations in New GTLDs

Dear Alan,

I am glad to see common sense prevail in the manner in which the Motion is
drafted and I gather that the Group is narrowing by using the "IGO" to
narrow the tests but I would have rather that they have used IOs and then
use the PDP process to narrow the criteria even further.

Neither Red Cross nor IOC are IGOs.

Ah well the ball's now in the GNSO Council's court.
