Well, it will be interesting going forward. The business community clearly
did not get the trademark blocking authority it wanted last week, after
Strickling had clearly said (in his pre-Toronto scheduled scolding) that TM
measures need to get beefed up. I wonder if the DoC will be satisfied with
a compromise measure that works for the community but falls clearly short
of what business expected to get.
