Yaovi, sorry to take so long to reply to this. The message was 
treated as spam for some reason and I just saw it now.

I was not clear in my description. I said "Board Member" and not 
"Board Members". What I meant was the At-Large Board member (today, 
Sebastien, who is on all of our current lists).
