[ALAC] [At-Large Improvements Project Taskforce] Link to the NOW ABSOLUTLY FINAL report :-)

taskforce, especially to Cheryl Langdon Orr for her leadership and
unstinting devotion to the cause.

When you want things accomplished with the details this task demands, CLO
