[ALAC] SSAC Letter to Board on New gTLD Process

Hi Alan,

Thanks for passing this on to the ALAC List.  I have just got home and am recovering from a very long journey!  I have just seen this while catching up on emails.  

This letter was being drafted by SSAC during our week in Prague.  It comments only on security and stability aspects of the new gTLD process.
