If you are ready, can you kindly circulate the proposed draft statement to
the IDN WG for comments/input?  The wiki is here:

I suggest circulating the draft concurrently to the ALAC for comments as
well given that time is short.  ALAC vote ratification has to be begin on
7th Dec latest so the finalized version has to reach staff by 6th Dec.
