[ALAC] US Department of Commerce iterates some of its positions in Keynote Remarks by Lawrence E. Strickling

Hello everyone,

In yesterday's ALAC Executive Committee Conference Call, I alluded to a
document from NTIA describing some of the position which they are likely
to bring to Brussels.
