[ALAC] [Secretariat] Fwd: [NA-Discuss] NARALO statement on pre-registration

Dear Olivier and all,

I forwarded the statement some days ago to the EURALO list. 
We didn't have the time (still holiday season) for a consultation 
but I think I can say on behalf of EURALO that 
- EURALO would support it and
- ALAC should support the NARALO statement as well.
