Hmmm this is a take 2  of the forward  the other one has been cued to send
from my outbox for many hours  so it seems  perhaps  this fresh attempt will
succeed...

Note here the specific issues raised regarding the work of the Rec 6 CWG...
 Much more on this I assume will unfold in Cartagena
