Dear Olivier, dear Izumi and all,

I entirely agree with Olivier's remarks and reservations: We *personally* can 
and should join the recent protest petitions on the future of the IGF (by ISOC, 
the IG Caucus and mine) but we cannot do this "in an official communiqué" 
by ALAC because this is beyond our mandate.
