[ALAC] Modification of statement submitted regarding At-Large Director Bylaws

Thanks for this Alan, and indeed  it would be possible to make this as an
additional amendment  but if ALAC wishes to do so I would encourage that to
happen 'post haste'...  So how does the ALAC wish to proceed ?

Shall we  discuss this amendment to the new Rule 27 of the RoP's for the
ALAC  here on this list => say for the next 7 days  and then subject
to final wording (or not) based on that discussion take amended text to an
online confirmation vote  to run for 5 days after that? so close on 7th
Sept?
