Julie, there is no need for you to look at this.

The reference to name collisions is the origin of the issue, but the 
question on the table is what intellectual property protections are 
needed if and when 2nd level names are found to not cause collisions 
in a given TLD and are therefore eligible for release.

In short, I see no need for the ALAC to comment on this one.
