<p>LOS ANGELES – 12 March 2018 – The Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) is soliciting proposals to identify a provider to supply an Open Data Platform in the form of Software as a Service (SaaS). The Open Data Platform will be used
by ICANN to publish as much of its data as possible with open licensing and open API access.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>The objective of this project is to provide open data on a range of subjects in a reliable and machine-readable form to download and process. The Open Data Platform will be a source system used by those in the ICANN organization and ICANN community who wish
to tell a story with data, or provide insights and analysis of data. However, such work is not expected to take place on the Open Data Platform itself.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p>ICANN is seeking to identify a provider to develop this system based on ICANN's requirements, as well as to maintain the system, and develop additional enhancements.<o:p></o:p></p>
