Sandra has been at the root of ICANN's learning programs, like the Leadership Training Program and this needs to be at the heart of the ALT when discussing expansion of the programs.<br>
Leon has shown his excellence in being a co-chair of the CCWG Accountability and would make an excellent Vice Chair of the ALAC.<br>

<p class="MsoPlainText"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">Nominations are now open for individuals to serve as the two Vice-Chairs of the ALAC and the two non-titled ALT positions. Nominations may be made by any current ALAC Member. Nominees need not be an ALAC
Member at the time of the nominations, but must have an expectation of being an ALAC Member after the completion of the upcoming Dublin ICANN Meeting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
