On behalf of Alan Greenberg, Chair of the ALAC, this is a call for membership of the At-Large Ad-Hoc New Meeting Strategy Working Party.<br>

<b>New ICANN Meeting Strategy: <br>
</b> <br>
In 2014, the ICANN Board approved a <a href="https://www.icann.org/resources/board-material/resolutions-2014-11-17-en#2.a">
new ICANN Meetings Strategy for implementation in 2016</a>.<br>
<br>
Based on a formal <a href="https://www.icann.org/en/system/files/files/recommendations-25feb14-en.pdf">
recommendation made by the Meeting Strategy Working Group</a> earlier this year, this new strategy will create some fundamental changes in the way ICANN holds its meetings beginning with ICANN 55 in March 2016.<br>

<b>Mandate of At-Large Ad-Hoc Meeting Strategy Working Party:<br>

</b>The mandate of the At-Large Ad-Hoc Meeting Strategy Working Party is the following:

· Advise the ALAC Leadership team regarding a draft schedule for the ALAC and At-Large for Meeting B of the New Meeting Strategy.<br>
· Represent ALAC in meetings with the ICANN Meetings Team. <br>

<b>Call for Membership: <br>

The ALAC Leadership Team has requested that a Call for Membership for the At-Large Ad-Hoc Meeting Strategy Working Party be made.
<br>
<br>
The At-Large Ad-Hoc Meeting Strategy Working Party is to have at least one member from each region. There is no limit in terms of membership.<br>
