[ALAC-Announce] Important RSVP - Interest to join ICANN71 At-Large Planning Committee

Dear All,

On behalf of Maureen Hilyard, ALAC Chair, we are seeking volunteers to join the ICANN71 At-Large Planning Committee.

The ICANN71 Policy Forum will be held as a Virtual Public Meeting during 14-17 June 2021 in the Hague, Netherlands. Read the announcement here<https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2-2021-03-11-en>.

Ideally, we are seeking a representative or two from each region, to assist with the planning of the At-Large Leadership working sessions at ICANN71.

The Planning Committee will hold weekly calls with the first one likely next week or early week after (Doodle to follow), to work on the block schedule, identifying topics for discussion and groups to meet with.

Please confirm whether you are interested in volunteering by responding to Maureen and myself (Gisella) by Friday 2 April at 12:00 UTC. A Doodle will be sent out to the volunteers shortly after this deadline.

A mailing list will be created for this group and we look forward to making ICANN71 a successful Policy Forum.
