ICANN and PTI Publish U.S. Tax Returns for FY17

LOS ANGELES – 15 May 2018 – Today, the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) and Public Technical Identifiers (PTI) published their U.S. tax returns (Form 990) for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2017. This is the first time that the recently created PTI has been required to file Form 990.

ICANN and PTI filed Form 990 for the fiscal year ending 30 June 2017 with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) on 14 May 2018, in compliance with the extended due date of 15 May 2018. Form 990 is the U.S. return for organizations exempt from income taxes under section 501(c) of the Internal Revenue Code.
