[ALAC-Announce] ALAC Members of the CCWG Auction Proceeds announced

Following a recommendation of the ALAC Appointee 
Selection Committee and a Consensus Call of the 
ALAC, the following five people are endorsed as 
Members representing the ALAC on the CCWG Auction Proceeds:
