The regional advice from EURALO regarding ALS Applicant (248) Article 19 has
been received.
 
The ALAC has decided to conduct a vote on whether to accept the regional
advice.
 
The following question has been posed to the members of the ALAC:

Question: Does the ALAC wish to accredit Article 19?  The regional advice
was to accept the application.

Please note that this vote will be open from 26 September 2016 23:59 UTC
until 3 October 2016 23:59 UTC. This vote concerns ALAC members only.
