The regional advice from APRALO regarding ALS Applicant (249) Rayznews has
been received.
 
The ALAC has decided to conduct a vote on whether to accept the regional
advice.
 
The following question has been posed to the members of the ALAC:

Question: Does the ALAC wish to accredit Rayznews?  The regional advice was
to accept the application.
