[ALAC-Announce] Announcement of replacement of ALAC CWG Member

One of the five Members of the CWG on the IANA 
Stewardship Transition, Fouad Bajwa, has resigned for health reasons.

APRALO Leadership was consulted and recommended 
Cheryl Langdon-Orr as the replacement, and that 
appointment has been ratified by a Consensus Call of the ALAC.

The five members representing the ALAC on the CWG are now:
