Dear All, 

Alan Greenberg, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that a vote be held by the ALAC
on the proposed ratification of the Charter of the Cross Community Working
Group (CCWG) on Internet Governance <https://community.icann.org/x/lQInAw>
and the appointment of its Co-Chair representing the ALAC.

Do you:
- approve the Charter of the Cross Community Working Group (CCWG) on
Internet Governance <https://community.icann.org/x/lQInAw>  with the
understanding that the term "Observers" will be replaced by the term
"Participants"; and that neither the number of Participants is limited nor
do Participants require AC/SO approval to join; and
- agree to name Olivier Crépin-Leblond as the CCWG on Internet Governance
Co-Chair representing the ALAC?
