Purpose (Brief):        To solicit community feedback on a formalized process, proposed by the Board's Structural Improvements Committee (SIC), for amending GNSO Stakeholder Group and Constituency Charters. Comment time period is arranged so that community has sufficient time after the ICANN Public Meeting in Durban to arrange comment submissions.
