Dear ALAC Members,

As requested by the ALAC ExCom, the text of an expected vote and an expected consensus call to be taken on the 28 May ALAC Teleconference is stated below for your information:

7. ALS De-Certification - Olivier Crepin-Leblond (15 minutes)
Current procedure<http://www.atlarge.icann.org/en/framework.htm> - This process should be followed for the de-certification request.
Vote to be taken: Does the ALAC wish to de-certify the following two At-Large Structures?
a. (20) Application for "At-Large Structure" (ALS) Designation Internet Users Network (Tokyo)<http://www.atlarge.icann.org/asia/applications/tokyo-01jun04.html> (APRALO)
b. (133) Internet Society Pakistan Chapter<http://www.atlarge.icann.org/file/7158/download/7181> (APRALO)

8. Consensus Call on the Naming of Members of the At-Large Objections Follow-Up Group - Olivier Crepin-Leblond (10 minutes)

a. Proposal 1: Do you agree with the proposal that Seth Reiss act as the Chair if the ALAC Objections Follow-up Group?
b. Proposal 2: Do you agree with the proposal that Rinalia Abdul Rahim be a member in the Objections Follow-up Group?

If you are unable to participate in the ALAC teleconference scheduled for 28 May, please inform Olivier Crepin-Leblond and At-Large staff of how you wish to vote on agenda item 7 and your responses to the proposals under agenda item 8.
