General Update
Consolidated Complaint Management System Launched

As communicated in the 2013 February Update<http://www.icann.org/en/resources/compliance/update/update-feb13-en.htm>, the Whois Data Problem Report System successfully migrated to the new and enhanced complaint management system on 25 March 2013. The improved user experience included easier navigation, frequently asked questions and guidance, improved email correspondence and a follow-up continuous improvement pulse survey to the reporter and the contracted party. The frequently asked questions and the guidance will be available in all six UN languages.

Next Steps for the Consolidated Complaint Management System

By ICANN 47, the plan is to complete the migration of the remaining contractual compliance complaint types, add multiple complaint submission and gradually rollout the process and approach for bulk Whois Inaccuracy complaint submission.

Audit Program Update

ICANN continued document reviews and generation of individual Audit Reports to each participant in the Year One Audit Program. The Audit Phase runs from 7 January 2013 until 12 April 2013.

By end of March 2013, ICANN issued 192 total individual Audit Reports; 187 sent to registrars and five Registries. The report highlights a "No Deficiencies" audit report, which will require no further action, or "Deficiencies" audit report, which will require further action (including an action plan with expected dates of remediation and/or evidence to immediately cure the issue).
