On behalf of Olivier Crepin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, and Cheryl Langdon-Orr, Chair of the At-Large Improvements Taskforce, please find attached a draft Consumer Outreach document that was prepared as part of the At-Large Improvements Implementation Project.

This document, which has been reviewed by the At-Large Improvements Taskforce, has also been posted on the Consumer Outreach wiki page at:
