In anticipation of a future ALAC led Public Comment, Olivier Crépin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that a call for comments be made on the draft "At-Large Future Challenges R3 White Paper<https://community.icann.org/download/attachments/34603268/R3+Paper.pdf?version=1&modificationDate=1338332515325>."

The current draft can be found on the At-Large Future Challenges R3 White Paper Workspace<https://community.icann.org/x/BAEQAg>.

Please submit any comments on the workspace using the comments function by 14-June-2012, 23:59 UTC.

An updated version of the draft incorporating the comments made is to be finalized on by 17-June-2012 for distribution to the wider community in time for the ICANN meeting in Prague.
