Olivier Crépin-Leblond, Chair of the ALAC, has asked that a call for comments be made on the draft "<https://community.icann.org/x/mAnPAQ>ALAC Statement on the Preliminary Issue Report on ‘Thick’ Whois<https://community.icann.org/x/mAnPAQ>" in preparation for the start of the ALAC ratification process.

Please submit any comments on the workspace using the comments function by Friday, 23 December 2011, 11:59 UTC.  A five day vote is to commence after comments have been collected.
