Dear All,

now following up on some Singapore meeting action items, I have been
contacted by Maguy Serad, Senior Director of Contractual Compliance at
ICANN. As you will remember, she just took her new post in Singapore and
we ran her into our skillet, pretty close to the fire itself.

To remind everyone, the discussion was part of our meeting with her on
Tuesday 21st June 2011:
https://community.icann.org/x/6IfT

The transcript for the session is on:
http://singapore41.icann.org/meetings/singapore2011/transcript-alac-policy-2-21jun11-en.pdf

I am therefore asking Staff to create a new Wiki page regarding the
Compliance Team, to start this process of suggesting and prioritizing
"what is broken".
Staff will soon advertise the Wiki page location and I ask everyone to
either write to the ALAC working list to discuss "what is broken", or
comment on the Wiki page. If you wish to comment without logging in,
please be so kind to leave your name in the comment.

Kind regards,

Olivier

Thank you and Follow-up Hello Olivier – thank you for the
        opportunity to meet with ALAC today;

As requested at the meeting this morning, I would greatly
appreciate a _prioritized list_ of “*What is broken?*”
I say prioritized, as just from my brief exposure this morning,
I could tell that the team has a lot to share and the last thing
I want to do is to assume on importance of topic.

How soon can I expect this list please?

         Thank you in advance
I am truly looking forward to working with the team
         Maguy
