[ALAC-Announce] ALAC Statement on Report from Board-GAC Joint Working Group: Request for At-Large volunteer

Dear all,

The ExCom has asked staff to forward to At-Large its request for a volunteer to "hold the pen" on a first draft of an ALAC Statement on the Report from the Board-GAC Joint Working Group.



The public comment forum can be found here:  Report from Board-GAC Joint Working Group<http://www.icann.org/en/public-comment/board-gac-jwg-final-report-07jul11-en.htm>.  Final statements on the topic must be submitted by 6 August.



The ExCom has asked that anyone interested in writing the initial draft volunteer by the end of 28 July.
