[ALAC-Announce] NOW OPEN: ALAC Vote on ALAC Statement on the Preliminary Issue Report on the Current State of the UDRP

The Chair of the ALAC, Olivier Crépin-Leblond, has requested the Staff to start a five-day ALAC vote on the ALAC Statement on the  Preliminary Issue Report on the Current State of the UDRP. Members of the ALAC received an email with their voting credentials a couple of minutes ago.

The question to be put will be the following:

Do you support the ratification of the ALAC Statement on the  Preliminary Issue Report on the Current State of the UDRP for communication to the relevant Public Comment process?

With possible answers:
Yes
No
Abstain

The Vote will remain open until Friday 29 July 2011, 23:00 UTC.

After you have submitted your vote online, you should receive an email confirmation. Please inform staff at atlarge.icann.org<mailto:staff at atlarge.icann.org> if you do not receive a confirmation so that we can check whether your vote has been recorded. Also, if you are experiencing technical problems and are unable to vote online, you can send us an email. As long as you send us your votes before the close of the vote, we can add them as paper ballot votes.
